Our approach

We built the gym we couldn't find

Ironhouse started because most gyms are either intimidating powerlifting dungeons or mirror-and-music franchises with no real coaching. We wanted neither. Our floor is built around barbells, plates and small groups of six to eight people who get actual attention from a coach who knows their name.

You don't need to be an athlete. You need somewhere that takes your training seriously even when your job doesn't leave you much time for it.

What training here actually looks like

🕑︎

Early and late classes

6am, 6:30am and evening sessions from 5:30-7pm, built for people who work full days.

👥︎

Small groups, real coaching

Six to eight members per class means every lift gets watched and corrected.

⚡︎

Progressive strength programming

Squat, hinge, press and pull cycles that build over months, not random workouts.

Classes on the floor

⚡︎

Strength Foundations

Squat, bench, deadlift technique for members starting out or coming back after time off.

👥︎

Small-Group Strength

Our core class — coached barbell training in groups of six to eight, five days a week.

🔥︎

Conditioning

Kettlebells, sleds and short intervals to build work capacity without wrecking your joints.

🏆︎

Open Floor

Members with 6+ months experience can train independently using our full rack and plate setup.

★★★★★

"I hadn't lifted anything heavier than groceries in ten years. Two years later I'm squatting more than my body weight and I actually look forward to 6am."

★★★★★

"No egos, no mirrors, just coaches who correct your form before you hurt yourself. Exactly what I needed."

Craig Adams — Member
★★★★★

"Small groups mean the coach actually knows what I struggled with last week. That's the whole difference."
